GBC Early Learning Center is a childcare and early education provider as well as an outreach ministry of Gassaway Baptist Church. As such, our staff seeks colleagues who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, endeavor to love and live more like Jesus each day, and have Jesus' heart for caring for and teaching children (Matthew 19:14). At GBC Early Learning Center, we believe God has called our staff to provide each child in our care with high-quality learning experiences in a Christ-centered environment (Matthew 28:18-20; Ephesians 4:11-12).

GBC Early Learning Center uses these professional standards as the basis for staff performance evaluations. A staff member’s level of proficiency with each standard is considered when hiring, when building schedules and teaching teams, and when determining hours for part time staff, promotions when opportunities arise, and terminations should they be needed.
